Now, I cannot oversell just how hard Prabhjyot works. I've seen her work 12-hour shifts, through sickness, and injury. I'm not talking just busy work, she actually gets things done day in, day out. More importantly, she elevates the energy levels and productivity of her entire team.

Prabhjyot's job requires her to have oversight of a lot of on-going operations, she is on top of every single one of them. I've never seen her leave things half-done. In fact, she will go out of her way to help others achieve their tasks even if it means putting in extra time. In the face of feedback, Prabhjyot's usual response is, "thanks, please keep it coming", because she is focused on improving every single day.
